Professional Summary
My current job allows me to teach and train teachers from all levels of education in Bangladesh. My contribution to the students is not only limited to classroom lectures, but I actively participate at various case analysis or policy implementations related programs at grass root level. Turning the action plans into reality is another aspect of my pedagogical career. I lead different educational training program and convey the skills to the root levels. I assesses trainee teachers’ performances in practice teaching and help to develop their pedagogical knowledge and skills.

My research interest encompasses Digital story telling, Multiliteracies, Multimodal pedagogy for English language teaching and learning; Artificial Intelligence-based formative assessments; Freirean model for reading and writing, ESL/EFL; and ICT for teacher empowerment.
